This residential complex is organized around an elliptical central park that houses semi-underground amenities beneath a gently sloping green mound. The twelve residential buildings, arranged to optimize views, form four identifiable groups, each with its own plazas, activities, and character.
The triangular-plan buildings can accommodate, interchangeably, six three-bedroom apartments or a combination of one and two-bedroom units per floor. The balcony railings extend below the floor slabs, serving a dual purpose as sunshades, essential elements in the climatic zone where the project is located. Their strong architectural expression, together with the triangular building form, reduces the visual impact of the façades and gives the plazas and central park a more human scale.
