This open-air shopping promenade is organized along a pedestrian circulation spine that begins at a plaza and terminates at a large anchor store. Retail spaces line this axis, with generous intervals between them occupied by bars and cafés sheltered under the shade of trees.
On the upper level, studio apartments open toward the outer façades and can function as offices or short-term rentals. The easily recognizable volumes are clad in small ceramic tiles that accentuate their curved corners, creating soft highlights throughout the day.
